This is the official support page for RoadQuest, the family road-trip companion. No account or sign-in is required to use the app or contact support.
Purchase or restore
Connect to the internet, open RoadQuest Settings, and use Restore Purchases on the RoadQuest Deluxe card. If the issue continues, email support with your app and iOS versions. Please do not send receipts or transaction identifiers.
App problems
Tell us what happened, what you expected, and the steps that led to the problem. Your device model and iOS version can help us investigate. Avoid including private family or trip information that is not needed to explain the issue.

Send ideas, usability feedback, or questions to the support email above. A parent or guardian should handle support messages for children using RoadQuest.
